Mergers and De-mergers

You might be wondering why we are back to being Johnston Audio Services again, after a serious amount of hoop-la and carry on announcing the formation of a new company through a merge with McLean Audio.

The simple facts of the matter are that after 3 months of operating as a merged company, Richard Bilinski of McLean Audio decided that for personal reasons, he wanted to terminate the merger agreement.

Its fair to say that we are disappointed, but we respect Richard’s decision and we carry on regardless.

So, here we are again – Johnston Audio. There are a few changes though – we have just taken delivery of the world’s best PA – Nexo Geo T – and a new Midas Heritage console.

More big things are happening over the summer – so watch this space!
